September 12th at 5:30 pm - The Power of Partnership - Annual Laity Celebration for (our) East District. Wesley UMC, Greenville, 5302 Business Hwy 69 S. -  UMC Clergy, Laity and Youth encouraged to attend. Keynote Preacher, Bishop W. Earl Bledsoe. Box Dinner Meal $10/Adults - $5/Children. RSVP by August 29.

September 15th - December 8th 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm - Wednesday Night Live! This fall we are offering a variety of courses on Wednesday night in hopes that we can be in ministry to the whole family and to the community. You are invited to come share a meal with us in the Fellowship Hall, at 6 pm on Wednesdays (we will skip the night before Thanksgiving). The cost is very reasonable: $5 for adults, $3 for children under 12 and $15 maximum per household. Then at 6:30 pick your class for an hour of fun and learning that will help develop knowledge and skills that you can use in your every day lives. Some classes will have limits on numbers of participants, so you are encouraged to contact the church office and reserve your spaces. Come one. Come all. September 18th at 9:00 am - 1:00 pm - United Methodist Men's Car Wash at Oldfield's, corner of Rockwall & Moore. Money raised goes to help the Children's Home in Kaufman. Bring your cars, or bring your elbow grease and help them out!

September 18th 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm - Boy Scouts Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser, catered by Applebee's in the Fellowship Hall. Tickets are $8.00, purchase by September 11th. Call the church office for more details.

September 25th - 3:00 pm - Kaufman County United Methodist Men's Retreat. For more info click here   

September 26th - Firefighters Honored. Worship Service (10:50 am) and Luncheon (12 noon) honoring Terrell Firefighters, Volunteer Firefighters, and their families.
