We are well into the fall recruiting push with many new Cub and Boy Scout families joining. Our Boy Scout Troop Outreach is going strong!
The boys are working hard to finalize plans for this year’s Fall Camp-O-Ree. This is a gathering of troops from around our three county areas. There will be plenty of fun competition for all. For the past few years, we have not been able to attend the Camp-O-Ree due other plans and obligations. This will be a new experience for most of our Troop and a welcomed reunion for some of the boys.
We have just returned from an outing to the 125th Texas State Fair. Photos should be on our Troop website shortly. Find us at www.troop391.org and www.pack-391.org and get a glimpse of the outing.
We want to send a special thanks to our Charter Rep and our Cub Master for the newly renovated restroom in the Scout Hut. They did a great job and we appreciate their support.
