Goal: Help local residents who may not have the resources or family to provide for needs. Here is how you can help.
Types of Skilled Work: Roofing, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, repair, gutters, fence repair, ceiling fan, window frame/panes, tree trimming.
Unskilled: Painting, yard work, baking goods or serving meal for park celebration, children's activities, changing batteries/light bulbs/air filters, visiting home-bound.
Funds: Many individuals do not have the funds to pay for materials for these projects.
Youth Projects: Singing in nursing facilities, changing batteries, organizing uniform closet for TISD.

Please let us know that you are able to help prior to October 9, so we can assign you to a work team.
SCHEDULE FOR OCTOBER 9, 2011
7:00 a.m. - UMM start cooking breakfast of pancakes and sausage.
8:00 a.m. - Breakfast is served for LFYN workers and participants.
8:30 a.m. - Worship service starts (wear work clothes) Note: No Sunday School or 10:50 a.m. service on this Sunday!
9:15 a.m. - Meet in the Fellowship Hall to finalize work assignments and go to work.
5:30 p.m. - Wrap up event/dinner in Ben Gill Park Pavilion (workers and recipients can share).
