Dayspring
Take steps to a new life! July 25th through the 28th our church will be hosting DAYSPRING. Wesley Putnam, a full-time evangelist, whose ministry crosses denominational lines brings his unique blend of music, storytelling and drama each evening at 7 until 8:30 and the community is invited to attend. A light supper will be served at 5:30, just prior to the children's events which will begin at 6 pm and last until 6:45. Please join us for a time of fun, fellowship and renewal, and invite your family and friends. We have invited Rev. Wesley Putnam to come lead us in a series of special events which we hope will attract new people to the church and to Christ. Some of you may remember Wes from when he was here a number of years ago. He is an approved evangelist of the United Methodist Church and lives in Bedford. He writes music and sings, he does first person dramatic presentations, he preaches, and he has a powerful ministry to children. So, please reserve these dates and plan to be in town so that you can participate: July 25-28. We hope to attract a number of 20-40 year olds and their families. Each service will have a special event for children prior to the service time.

Sunday, July 25, 2010
9:30 AM Wesley Putnam and Felicia (Wesley's wife) introduce Bible Quest to the children. Be sure you are on time so you don't miss anything.
10:50 AM Worship with singing and preaching. The children will have their first opportunity to share what they are learning.
5:30 PM We begin serving dinner to the children and the children's workers in the Fellowship Hall.
6:00 PM The children go the the Sanctuary with Wesley and Felicia for Bible Quest. Adults not working with the children have time to eat and fellowship leisurely in the Fellowship Hall. We will have some recommended activities to help people get acquainted. The Nursery will open.
7:00 PM Everyone worships in the sanctuary (except the Nursery).
